AFRICAN PEACE NETWORK, an (N.G.O) A Research Group in Ghana / West-Africa. write to show interest to participate in the up coming Archives conference which will be held in , Trinidad and Tobago, from Aug, 2010 2010
The board of Directors have agree to sponsor five (5) of our staffs and Students to attand and participate in this vital event,
Since the date of the conference is fast aproching we are writing to request for OFFICIAL INVITATION LETTERS for our dellegates
Meanwhile be informed that all the monies involve being the registration fees and everything concerning the conference will be pay on our arrival on site without fail or daley
We are therefore waiting for the OFFICIAL INVITATION LETTERS through our E-mail and originial copy should be sent to us through our mailing address.
